Unlocking Culture Design: How to achieve personal and organizational mission, vision, and values alignment
With SpinUp partner TalentRise and speakers Kristen Fox Lampert & Laura Barker.
Webinar Description: Let’s face it. As founders, your business culture is intrinsically linked to your own beliefs, values, and purpose. Few founders and CEOs pause to recognize this connection, instead allowing organizational culture to accidentally form itself with the first few hires. Eventually you set out to articulate a mission but may not have taken a personally inventory of your own. That’s the gap we will address in this webinar called Unlocking Culture Design.
In our hour together, TalentRise’s expert coaches will guide you to meaningfully align your personal and organizational missions, visions, and values.
Join us as we dive into intentional cultural design. We’ll explore how to best bring your purpose, values, and passions to life within your organization.
Leadership, fundamentally, is the act of understanding your own mindset and then aligning your behaviours to inspire others toward collective action and growth. Great leaders build great cultures! Strong, healthy cultures positively impact your business’s success and the larger world around you.
Specifically, you will leave this webinar knowing how to:
Identify your leadership mindset;
Explore your life purpose and core values;
Assess your organizational mission, vision, and values;
Resource yourself with tools to explore the current state of your organizational culture;
Discover areas of alignment and misalignment in your personal and organizational culture.
* Please note this webinar series is open to members of the University of Toronto, University of Toronto Entrepreneurship (UTE), and IDEA Mississauga communities only.
