Lab Technician / Research Associate (Short-Term Contract)
Repair Genomics is seeking a skilled, motivated, and independent Lab Technician / Research Associate to join our team for a short-term contract. If you have hands-on experience with iPSCs and want to contribute to cutting-edge genomics research, we’d love to hear from you!
Position Overview
- Role: Lab Technician / Research Associate
- Term: Short-term contract (Starting August or September – ending December 31)
- Commitment: 30 hours per week (Flexible work hours)
- Compensation: $20.00 – $28.00 / hour (Depending on education and experience)
- Perks: Covered transportation expenses
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Minimum of a BSc; an MSc/PhD is highly preferred.
- Core Requirement: Must have hands-on laboratory experience with maintaining and transducing iPSCs.
- Preferred Skills: Experience running western blots and immunofluorescence staining is a strong asset.
- Work Style: Must be self-motivated and fully capable of working independently in a lab setting.
